What's more important than loading up on the latest superfood? Practicing a healthy relationship with food. In our label driven society that's constantly talking about the benefits of eating gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and everything free, it can be easy to overly restrict your diet or feel guilty for not eating "perfect". At the end of the day nutrition is not about force, deprivation, or only allowing yourself to eat plates of dark leafy greens. Truly nourishing your mind, body and soul in a sustainable way means being mindful about the food choices that you make. It's about establishing your personal non-negotiable foods; finding ease in adopting a healthy, balanced diet; and understanding why you eat what you eat. During this Townhall talk we will be talking about how to find your food freedom, let go of the "nutrition" rules that you have been taught, and truly enjoy the experience of eating food without judgement.
